Plans have been lodged for a three storey block of flats at 3-9 Station Approach, Sanderstead Road in Sanderstead, South Croydon.
The new building will contain retail on the ground floor with five one bed and a single two bed apartment above.
It will replace an existing retail parade of single storey units next to the station.
