5 Flats in Planned in Tottenham

Plans have been submitted for a four-storey building in Tottenham at 864 High Road on the corner of Brantwood Road.

The planned flats, of which there are 3 one-beds and 2 two-beds, would replace the Trans Electric shop.

The site has attempted to gain planning for multiple schemes in the past with more homes, but has been unsuccessful each time.

If approved, new residents would have The Coach and Horses pub on there doorstep and be a short walk from White Hart Lane station.
