Gani Properties have submitted an application to subdivide two flats in a substantial Grade II listed four-storey semi-detached villa in Mitcham into five dwellings.
The existing property contains two flats of four bedrooms each. The space from these will be added to by a single storey rear extension to increase the floorspace on the ground floor to assist in the conversion.
The new flats, designed by Wizarch, will consist of three two-bed apartments, one studio and one one-bedroom apartment.
