Plans have been lodged for a small residential development of six flats and a retail unit in Hither Green.
The developer is a private individual, Mr Andrew Tostevin, utilising the services of Planning & Development Associates as agent.
The new structure will have three storeys with retail on the ground floor, and four two bed apartments and two one bed flats above.
The current building at 232 Hither Green Lane houses Carpet Corner, and it will be partially demolished to make way for the new scheme.
