Plans in: 11 Storey, 160 Flat Scheme in Poplar

Plans have been submitted to Tower Hamlets for major modifications to a consented scheme for Leven Wharf, bringing the total number of flats on site up 34 from 126 to 160.

This will be achieved by adding an additional two storeys to block A and another storey to block B. The new scheme will max out at 11 storeys. 121 of the flats will be private, 15 intermediate and 24 for social rent.

The block sits between the recently completed Devon Wharf and a gas holder site likely to be redeveloped by St William. It also has frontages onto the River Lea.
