The SG Capital Group has submitted outline plans for a 7 storey mixed use building in Earlsfield, south of Wandsworth Town. The development will contain 47 apartments, in addition to 1250sqm retail and 800sqm light industrial space.
The scheme will replace several light industrial units, mostly used for car repair, tyres and similar car maintenance purposes. It is located between a building fronting the River Wandle, and the main high street of Earlsfield and very close to the station.
The designs have been drawn up by S333, although they may be altered due to the application being only submitted in outline. Provisionally these contain brick lower floors, with two set back rendered floors.
