The Elemento Group has lodged plans for 47 new homes on the Uxbridge Road in Hanwell, West London. The scheme has been designed by Stuart Forbes Associates.
A block of 40 flats, up to 6 storeys high and with basement parking, will front the Uxbridge Road while seven three storey, three-bed terraced houses will front Westminster Road.
The design is contemporary, with large windows with anodized framing and with aluminium spandrel panel. The core will be clad in natural stone, while the south elevation will have perforated aluminium privacy louvres.
The houses also have a contemporary design, although do make use of brick helping them transition from the apartment block to neighbouring traditional housing stock.
