Ardrea Estates has submitted plans for a seven-storey, 40 apartment scheme in Wembley. The project will replace a five storey post-war office building on a suburban avenue close to the centre of Wembley.
Osel Architecture has drawn up the plans, which features three intermediate flats and 37 market units. As with the current site, the tallest element is located counterintuitively furthest from the centre of Wembley.
