Plans in: 164 Flats in Office Conversion & New Build in Cockfosters

Plans have been submitted by Hermes Investment Management to convert and extend the Black Horse Tower near Cockfosters Station into flats, and build two new buildings of 7 storeys each to create 164 flats and a 64 bedroom hotel.

The refurbished building is a curved post-war office building which will have an additional floor added to create a total of 88 flats, the new build buildings, which replace low-rise offices, will contain the remaining units and the hotel.
