Plans have been submitted to convert the storage rooms above Gerrys of Wimbledon outdoors store at 168-178 The Broadway, which closed in February, into six flats. The works will also involve the erection of a second-floor extension and a mansard roof extension, which will remove the existing pitched roof of the building.
Sadly the documents relating to the application have yet to be uploaded to Merton’s website so we not have any renders of how the scheme will look. We do know that it will contain two one-bed flats, and four two-bed apartments.
