Plans have been submitted to re-configure the flats above South London Motorcycles at 252-264 Mitcham Road in Tooting. The building will also be extended with a mansard roof extension to the read, and single storey rear extension at the ground floor and at the first floor.
The designs, created by LPR Design, show a reconfigured property that previously housed two one bed flats and one two bed flat converted into two studios and five two bed flats.
