Springfield Road Development Ltd have submitted plans to erect a four storey building with ten flats at 15-19 Springfield Road, on the corner with Greenhill Way in Harrow. The plans are submitted in outline only, meaning that final decisions on design will be made in a future application.
The scheme, designed by Martin Stent, will see the existing buildings which are described as ‘outbuildings around a courtyard’ replaced by 10 two bedroom flats. The existing buildings include a barbers, minicab office and a comic book shop. A rendering of what the final design might look like was submitted, however this may chance when reserved matters are submitted.
