Plans have been lodged with Brent Council for a development of two buildings containing 92 flats on Ealing Road in Alperton.
The development will replace a vacant bank and a vacant public house, both of which are sandwiched between the road and the recent, much larger, 243 Ealing Road development which is a similar height.
The design, however is quite different, without the blue of its neighbour, instead opting for cream brick, terracotta panels and dark zinc cladding. The scheme will also contain a replacement pub, as well as non-residential institutional space.
