Circle Housing has submitted plans for 134 homes in Colliers Wood, replacing a light industrial unit and 74 lock-up garages. The proposals include apartment blocks, up to 9 storeys, as well as houses.
PRP have designed the scheme, which on the tallest block features a stone ground floor, followed by six floors of a brick facade with two dark metal set back upper floors completing the building. The design appears like a block which has organically being extended over time.
Another apartment block will be built on High Path, with mews houses and cottages behind this. In total 54 of the homes will be for the private market, including all of the 9 houses, while a majority – 80 – of the new homes will be for social rent tenure.
Looks pretty good
