Plans in: Office to 14 Flats Conversion in Whetstone

Plans have been submitted to Barnet Council to convert Walsingham House at 1335-1337 High Road in Whetstone from offices to 14 apartments under the permitted development scheme.

The flats will be arranged over the ground, first and second floors of the building, which forms part of a small terrace of similar looking buildings located just north of Al Fresco Italian restaurant.

The flats appear quite small and are likely to be all studio or small one bed units. Allen Planning is acting as the agent.
