RDP Construction has submitted plans for five three bed detached houses, replacing a single house, on Woodmere Avenue in East Addiscombe.
The plot contains a large backlands site at the rear of large back gardens of the suburban houses nearby.
The existing house has a traditional part brick, part mock-tudor appearance with a double garage, a design that isn’t too dissimilar from the proposed replacements, designed by McGregor Associates.
