Plans have been lodged with Southwark Council for a 9 flat apartment building spread across five storeys on at 46-47 Grange Walk, located between Tower Bridge Road and Bermondsey Spa Gardens.
The plans have been submitted by Bilfinger GVA and the Mayfield Real Estate Group, who plans to construct seven one bed flats and two two bed apartments in a new building designed by Glas Architects.
The current site consists of two houses sandwiched between apartment blocks. The proposals are for the new block to match the height of the tallest of its neighbours.
