Monheim Ltd have submitted plans to convert and extend an existing office building at Yukon Court, 4-6 Yukon Road between Balham and Clapham South, in order to create an eight flat residential property. The scheme, if approved, will see the creation of four studios, and two each of three and two bedroom apartments.
The plans, put together by DGA Architects, will see a mansard roof erected to create additional space as well as other alterations to the fabric of the existing building. The property already benefits from prior approval for the creation of eight flats, however a new full application has been submitted in order to create more space.
