Aitch Group has submitted plans to build 78 flats in Forest Gate on the long-vacant 140-150 Earlham Grove site, behind the Woodgrange Road high street.
The flats will be located in a series of buildings of up to six storeys high, and are currently proposed to be entirely private. 20 of the flats will be one bedroomed, with 27 having two beds and 31 having three beds.
Buckley Gray Yeoman are behind the designs, which feature a two-tone beige/cream and off-white brick design.
