Plans have been lodged with Lambeth Council for a six-storey, 28 flat scheme on Waterworks Road in Brixton. The scheme will replace an existing church, Liberty Evangelistic Chapel, which extends from Waterworks Road to Jebb Avenue, near Brixton Hill.
The replacement building has been designed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith utilising various shades of brick, with recessed balconies. The top floor is set back from the rest of the scheme, while the ground and first floor are given over to office and business uses.
