Plans have been submitted for a 9 apartment scheme in a five storey building which will also house 145sqm retail, 209sqm office and 268sqm workshop units in Loughborough Junction, near Brixton. The proposals for 219-223 Coldharbour Lane will replace an existing 2 storey building.
The site is on the corner of Hinton Road and Coldharbour Lane and was last used as a furniture store. It is located in an area of light industrial units, many of which have schemes for new build residential at permission or in the works.
The designs, put together by JB Planning Associates and Andy Smith Design, will create four one bed and five two bed apartments, if approved.
