Kewmark Limited have submitted an application for a three storey block of six flats near Waddon Station in Croydon. The scheme, designed by E3-Design, will replace an electricity substation next to 154 Epsom Road.
All of the new flats will be one bed apartments in a two storey plus accommodation in the roof design, similar to neighbouring properties. The site sits next to the junction with the Stafford Road, and also fronts onto the railway tracks. The Waddon Hotel public house lies just across the road.
