Matthew Homes have submitted plans to redevelop Tithe Farm Sports & Social Club in Rayners Lane, Harrow. The plans will see the existing buildings demolished, and the existing football pitch replaced with a new 3G Synthetic pitch.
A brand new sports and social clubhouse will be provided, along with 3 storey flats and 2 storey houses. Two of the new houses will be two-bedroom cottages, while the remaining four will have four or more bedrooms. All but two of the 24 flats will have two bedrooms, the remainder will have a single bedroom. All are proposed to be market housing.
The size of the club facilities are expected to drop slightly from 1207sqm to 1131sqm, although car parking will increase from 82 spaces to 108 as part of the scheme.
Sadly only architects drawings rather than renders have been provided, however, details on materials suggest traditional red brick walls with black slate rooves. The application appears to have originally been submitted last September, however it has only been validated and a site notice erected last Friday.
