Plans have been lodged by Asian food giant TRS to redevelop a site near Southall Station into a 22 storey tower. The scheme will see 97 apartments created in a brick-clad building located opposite the similarly designed proposal for Southall Tower.
The scheme, drawn up by Barton Willmore, is planned with 87 private apartments – all one or two bedrooms – and 10 intermediate flats. It will replace an existing building called Kings House, a three storey office building currently hidden from the road by a billboard.
