London Square has lodged plans for a 15 storey development in Lewisham which will contain 153 flats alongside commercial space.
The proposals sit between railway tracks and the River Ravensbourne on the site of a warehouse to the south of the Loampit Vale development.
PRP Architects are behind the designs, which also include a 10 storey building.
109 of the flats will be for private sale, with 30 for social rent and 14 for intermediate tenure such as shared ownership.
