House to 10 Flat Conversation and 2 Garden Houses Planned in Ealing

Plans have been submitted to Ealing Council to extend and convert a substantial house on Montpelier Avenue in Ealing into ten flats, and build two small houses in the garden.

Aghaby Investments Limited are behind the plans which have been designed by CAMM Architects.

The existing building consists of three flats. After some modification internally and externally, including utilising the roof space, the house will contain ten apartments, with four one bed flats, five two bed apartments and a single three bed flat.

In the garden single-storey one-bed cottages will be built in a contemporary design.
