9 Houses Proposed in Romford

Plans for five four-bed and four three-bed houses have been submitted in Rush Green, Romford. Cedarmill Developments have submitted the plans, which also include a three-storey office building, fronting the Dagenham Road on the former Fels Farm site.

In recent years the site has been used as storage for a skip hire business, and is located on the edge of Eastbrookend Country Park.

FORM Architecture have designed the buildings, with the new houses in a small cul-de-sac behind the office building which will shield them from the noise of the Dagenham Road. Some of the homes will be lucky enough to front directly over the park.

Barking and Dagenham Council are proposing to make a decision on the scheme by mid-June.
