Grosvenor London have submitted plans to convert two floors of office space in Claridge House on Davies Street, Mayfair into flats.
A total of eight apartments are proposed, with four one bed flats and two of each of three and two bed units. TF Architecture drew up the plans, with Gerald Eve acting as agent.
