28 Affordable Homes Planned in Plaistow

Newham Council have submitted plans to build 28 new social rent homes on the site on garages located at the base of a tower block in Plaistow.

Rivington Street Studio are behind the designs for a six storey building containing twenty flats, in addition to eight three and four bed houses.

The designs contain a mixture of brick and GRC concrete facades. The scheme will also contain a new commual garden located between the new build homes and the existing Jacobs House tower block.

DLP Planning act as agents for the council on the scheme, which is located around half way between Newham Hospital and Upton Gardens, the former home of West Ham football club.
