Plans in: Reserved Matters for Houses on Dollis Valley Estate in High Barnet

A reserved matters application has been submitted for the Dollis Valley estate regeneration scheme. The application relates to the design of houses, known as DV7a or DV7e, which will sit on plots 181, 186, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209.

The application is to ‘make full’ part of a hybrid application from 2013 for 84 houses and 79 apartments. The scheme is being developed by Countryside Properties, and the houses in this application have been designed by BDG Design.

Seven of the houses in this reserved matters will form a short terrace, while the other two will form seemingly random parts of a larger terrace.
