Plans in: 45 Flat, 5 Storey Building in Tooting

Plans have been lodged to redevelop the Tooting Constitutional Club into a new building containing 45 flats, new club facilities, and office space.

The designs, drawn up by Bogle Architects, call for a five-storey building in a L shape fronting the street, with a green area to the rear in addition to a green roof.
