Plans in: 4 Storey, 9 Flat Scheme in Rotherhithe

Atlantis Rotherhithe has lodged plans to demolish the former pub at 346 Rotherhithe Street, which more recently has been Pizza Lounge, and replace it with a new four storey building.

Ko Architects are behind the designs, which feature a cream brick with dark down bricks interspaced in a semi-random pattern. Externally-attached balconies will be provided, and the ground floor will have a shop most of the size of the existing restaurant.

The flats are on the larger size, with five three-bed apartments, three two-bed flats and a single one-bed flat. This is likely in part due to the below ten flat threshold to avoid providing affordable housing.
