Plans for 5 Flats in Brockley

The Parkhill Group have submitted plans to build five flats in a three storey building at 1 Brockley Cross, which is currently used as a car business, B & M Motors.

The flats, all proposed for the private market, will consist of three one bed and two two bed flats. The proposals are drawn up by Architecture Design.

The site occupies a prominent corner plot in central Brockley, and will also contain a small commercial unit.

The site already had permission for the same scheme, but this has either expired or is expiring and this application seeks to renew that permission.
