The post Plans in: 6 Flats in 4 Storey Extension in Slough first appeared on Apartology.]]> Plans have been submitted to add a four-storey extension to Airways House at 2 Langley Road in Slough to contain six one-bedroom flats. The plans, drawn up by Danks Badnell Architects of Windsor, will see the existing building extended in a style consistent with the design of the original building.

Mayset Limited have submitted the plans, which will see an extension built to the south of the original building, furthest from the Langley Road and close to the boundary with Starwood Court. Airways House has already been converted to residential use under permitted development rights.

Zyntax Chartered Architects designed the scheme, which has been submitted in outline only. The flats will be behind a set of semi-detached and detached houses on Yew Tree Road in Slough, and likely accessed off Harewood Place.

So far no designs have appeared on Slough’s planning portal or on the website of the architect, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled.
