Plans in: Office to Apartment Conversion in Sutton

Plans have been submitted to convert Helena House at 348-352 High Street Sutton from offices into 38 flats. The plans are being submitted to replace an existing permission for 39 flats under prior approval.

Helena House is a six storey building which currently houses the job centre. While prior approval plans can not change the external alteration of buildings, separate plans are almost always submitted afterward for external alterations where the fabric of the building is in poor state, as is clearly the case here.
