Plans in: Office Conversion in Stratford for 17 Flats

Mountgreen Ltd have lodged plans with the London Legacy Development Corporation for the conversion of the ground floor offices within Central House on Stratford’s High Street into 17 apartments. Central House is a residential development which now appears somewhat dated.

The offices are somewhat ironically currently occupied by another residential developer, Barratt Homes, and extend to around 1,000sqm. This indicates that the flats would have an average of almost 59sqm each, although this figure would also need to include circulation corridors, hence the project is likely to be a mix of one-bed flats and studios. No floorplans are available at this time.
