Plans in: 5 Storey, 71 Flat Roof Extension in Romford

Hexagon House, a former office building on Western Road in Romford’s town centre, will see an additional five storeys erected over the current four floors in order to create an additional 71 flats.

The designs, from dpa architects, will also include cladding changes to the existing building which has consent to convert into 115 apartments under the permitted development scheme, and has apparently started work. Together the scheme will house 186 apartments.
