The plans are to replace the Malgavita Works 0.61-hectare site on 25-27 Merrick Road. This is located close to Southall station, which will be on Crossrail, to the east and south of the tracks. Today the site hosts numerous businesses including several car businesses such as Zaki Motors and Universal Car Sources, as well as Creative Curtains and Qik Portable Cabins. It’s located immediately north of the distinctive Sunrise House building.
