New Plans Proposed For Extensions To The Fox Pub, Kingsland Road

The Wellington Pub Company have recently submitted plans for new alterations and extensions to The Fox pub on the Kingsland Road.

The plans will retain the public house on the ground and basement floor but will see a redevelopment of the upper floors and an erection of a two storey rear extension to accommodate for seven new private flats.

There have been several design and massing plans put forward, however it appears as though the redevelopment will attempt to match similar London Stock Brickwork that is used in existing buildings in the immediate area.

The pub, which has occupied the site since 1852, is locally listed and within the Kingsland Conservation Area.
